Cancel from your family page 24+ hours ahead and the credit comes back to your account; inside 24 hours it is used. If the student doesn't attend, the credit is used. If the coach doesn't show, you get the credit back and a rematch. No opening with your coach within 7 days? Free rematch, or the call goes back on your account. Not the right fit after your first call? Ask within 7 days and we'll add a credit to try another coach — once per family. Bought a pack and never used it? Full refund within 14 days. One-time charge, nothing renews. Full policy.
