How we keep your student safe
Every We Know Campus coach is a currently enrolled college student who has been interviewed live. Every call is recorded with your consent, so we can review any call if a concern is raised. Coaches are not allowed to contact your student outside a scheduled call.

Every coach is a currently enrolled college student at the campus they represent, interviewed live. Coaches share their own experience — they are not admissions officers, and we make no promises about admission outcomes.
Every call is recorded
An AI notetaker joins every call and records and transcribes it, so we can review any call if a concern is raised.
You're welcome on every call. Before your student chooses, you'll see the coach's first name, class year, major and a short intro video.
What coaches may never do
- Contact your student outside a scheduled We Know Campus call — no texts, no social media, no meeting up — during or after.
- Have anyone else on their side of the call, or turn their camera off.
